Radivoj Paroški in a work visit to Sombor

Mr. Radivoj Paroški, the Deputy Provincial Secretary for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government has been in a work visit to Sombor today where he met the Mayor of the City of Sombor .Mr. Antonije Ratković

During the meeting, they discussed how to improve the implementation of the project “Single Administrative Spot”. The goal of the project is to establish simpler and shorter procedures during the request of the administrative and bureaucratic services, as well as the information of citizens on their rights in various fields at one place. The project is financed by the Serbian Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.

Paroški and Ratković have agreed that it is very important to examine the clear needs of both citizens and employees in institutions which provide administrative services in order to create the highest quality software, that is, operative – information system which would enable faster and more efficient information-technological operation during the provision of numerous documents.

The project is expected to start in all local self – governments in the territory of Vojvodina, while the final operating system will be financed by the Provincial Government and the Secretariat for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government.

The meeting was also attended by Mrs. Helena Roksandić Muslin, the head of Sombor City Administration and Mr Darko Milanković, the Under-Secretary for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government.
